The Caring Cottage is a trauma-informed space that is available for meetings, family sessions, support groups, and other events. Free rentals are approved based on availability and purpose.

Amherst Caring Coalition Co-Sponsors First Responder Event

Travis Howze Comes to Amherst was held on Friday, May 10, 2024. A sold-out crowd of first responders attended and listened to Howze's message about work-related trauma and resilience. The Amherst Caring Coalition was there with snacks, giveaways, and handouts for attendees. What a great message and example of community in Amherst County!
